S uccessful meeting in Education Centre Trappenkamp and Forest School Bad Segeberg!
From 22nd to 23rd of February the annual FP-meeting took place in Schleswig Holstein. (Germany) Experts from “Bund Deutscher Forstleute” (BDF – Association of German Foresters) and Austia discussed actual topics on forest related environmental education and new strategies for FP and “Forest and health”.
Prof. Robert Vogl from University Freising explained his survey (“Teacher/Forester – Tandem”). Teachers and Foresters are offering guided FP – tours into the forest. Both can learn from each other! Also the security in our forests (for the group and for each activity)was a big topic with a lot of discussions. We have to make sure, that we have no overregulation.
The next annual meeting is foreseen in Erfurt (Thüringen – Germany) from 7th to 8th of March 2018
