Call for Proposals

The congress encourages forest pedagogues to submit proposals for Workshops, Market of Projects and Market of Activities. The organising institutions and the FCN-Subgroup Forest Pedagogy will choose a selection of workshops, projects and activities from the proposals to provide an interesting and diverse congress programme. Guidelines and proposal forms are available for download here.
We value your input, therefore we offer a fee-free attendance to those whose workshop, project or activity is chosen. This applies to one participant per each activity, workshop or project.
You can submit your proposals until 31/5/2017. You will be informed of the acceptance of the proposal by the end of July.

The congress is hosted by Forest Management Institute Czech Republic in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic. The congress will be held in Milovy, Czech Republic from 3rd - 6th October 2017. The focus of this year’s congress is on challenges and opportunities in Forest Pedagogics as both communication and environmental education and relations between them.

A4 Forest owners, forest administration and forest enterprises are communicating about management of their forests through Forest Pedagogy activities.
B1 Forest Pedagogy is an educational process to reach environmental maturity and Forest Pedagogy is a prime example for ESD.
