Czech Organisations Agreed on a Unified Approach to Forest Pedagogy in the Czech Republic

op representatives of the 19 most important organizations in the forestry sector have agreed on a unified approach to forest pedagogy in the Czech Republic. By signing the document, they have endorsed the “Unified Approach to the Implementation of Forest Pedagogy by Forestry Organizations in the Czech Republic” and its Action Plan for the period 2026–2030.
This document was prepared by a working group established in 2007 by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic as its advisory body. The ceremonial signing took place on the first day of the Silva Regina 2026, International Forestry and Hunting Fair.
The documents were prepared by the Working Group of the Ministry of Agriculture, which coordinates forest pedagogy in the Czech Republic and associates representatives from 10 forest organizations.
This Memorandum follows after the previous ones of which the first was signed by representatives of forest entities already in 2010. The first memorandum on forest pedagogy was signed up by 9 forest entities and the hitherto last one by 19 forest entities, which documents the increasing significance of forest pedagogy in the Czech Republic.
